Refund policy

All Dean’s Tackle products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or weight selection, or products that have been used.

Please carefully review the product description, weight and quantity before completing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective or fulfilled incorrectly by Dean’s Tackle.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
